At Mellow, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to us.
